OCHENSBERGER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS for holiday guests:

Cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival is possible free of charge. If you withdraw later, we will charge you for the services you have booked:

• 50%: 21 – 7 days before arrival
• 75%: 7 – 2 days before arrival
• 90%: from 2 days before arrival

OCHENSBERGER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS for groups & events:

We need your last details and any change requests as well as the exact number of people and rooms no later than 48 hours before the event date! This information is a guaranteed number and will be charged by us according to the booked arrangement. Unfortunately, we cannot take into account later resignations or last-minute changes free of charge. If a participant does not show up, 100% will be charged. With your reservation confirmation, we assure you of the confirmed booking in our house. Should you still be forced to cancel, we will grant you a free cancellation of the entire event up to 6 weeks before arrival. For all further withdrawals we charge the following fees for the booked arrangement:

20% 6 to 4 weeks before arrival
50% 4 to 2 weeks before arrival
75% 2 weeks to 3 days before arrival
100% from 2 days before the arrival date

Our flat rates include the specified services. Individual components from this cannot be charged separately.

All extras such as minibar, telephone, laundry, alcoholic beverages and all additional consumptions will be billed to the participants.
