The exercises are carried out directly in the seminar room or in the seminar garden without changing clothes. Our therapist attaches great importance to individuality regardless of the time of day.

With the help of a powerful oxygen shower, we strengthen our breathing awareness and thus promote concentration and receptivity. Keyword “business yoga” while standing and sitting – uncomplicated and simple body positions “asanas” are performed and our stamina is strengthened. Targeted hand positions “Mudras” serve your health. “Brain Power”: through special exercises we approach our personal limits.
