East Styrian Roman Wine Route
With many culinary highlights, the East Styrian Roman Wine Route is the longest continuous wine route in Austria. Fine wines and traditional cuisine await you on the route from Gleisdorf via Hartberg to Bad Waltersdorf, where you follow the 2000-year-old traces of Roman times. The emblem of the wine route is a wine jug from the 2nd century AD, which was found in a Roman grave in Hartensdorf and can now be admired in the Pischelsdorf local history museum.
