Patrizia Ochensberger has been responsible for the patisserie at the Garten-Hotel as a master patissier since 2023 and is passionate about her beautiful work.

Under the motto “I bake the world the way I like it”, she uses her passion and creativity to conjure up unique dessert and cake creations with natural ingredients.

Whether for birthdays, weddings or simply as a sweet surprise. Patrizia creates very individual favourite cakes – from the classic Sacher cake to the unusual cake, each handmade unique piece is a very special treat in itself.

All dessert and cake creations can also be collected from Ochensberger’s patisserie to enjoy at home.
